Andrew was first admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia and was enrolled on the roll of the High Court of Australia in 1987.
After several years of practicing as an advocate he left legal practice to set up and operate a national distribution business. After operating that business for some time he returned to legal practice and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1999. He relocated himself and his family to Doonan as he wanted to become involved in community activities and established Andrew Morris Legal Practice to bring that to fruition. He brings to the practice not only a keen legal mind with experience across a wide range of legal subjects but a passionate desire for community development.
As a result of his previous experiences in business he has empathy with business owners and operators and has a strong sense of equity and justice. Andrew Morris Legal is a strong and diverse legal firm that reflects Andrew’s desire to assist both the community and the individuals that comprise it in whatever ways he can.
Andrew has built the firm with a strong client focus by forming close relationships based on understanding and trust.
